Our stager/s and white glove logistics team install your beautiful design, typically in 3-6 hours.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Our partner professional real estate photographer Tony Sica shoots the property. Photography is scheduled by us and is included, free of charge, for every stage. Additional (fee-based) services such as drone, video, and rush delivery may be added as well. Photos sent to you within 2 business days of the shoot.

PULLING and PACKING
Our team pulls from our inventory of thousands of items, tracked by our tech-advanced RFID system, then carefully protects and packs each item for transport.

LOADING and TRANSPORT
Our logistics teams efficiently load and pack 1-2 trucks and deliver them safely to your home, where they unload with the utmost care for your property .

INVENTORY RENTAL
Your initial staging quote includes inventory rental for 60 days after our staging installation date. Additional months of rental may be added if needed.

PACK UP/DESTAGE
We need 10 days notice to destage your property, We return, carefully pack and load all inventory and return it to our warehouse where we unload and restock. Then you enjoy the rewards of a SOLD home!
