About Us
We create wealth for our clients through impeccable design.
Dwell and Company is Tampa and Sarasota's largest luxury and vacant staging firm. From our humble beginnings in our founder's garage in 2014, Dwell's home staging division has grown to a team of 20 seasoned professionals, a 13,000 sf warehouse, and large truck fleet, with the capacity to stage over 100 homes simultaneously. In 2017, we expanded to include our design division, and in 2020 we opened our large furniture store. These divisions and resources allow us to provide unparalleled inventory quality, unmatched design, and exceptional service.

Meet The Team
Kristy Craig Anderson
Founder and Chief Design Officer
My passion (read: obsession) for reimagining spaces began at the age of six. Growing up in tiny apartments with my single mom, I’d "design" our abodes using old bed sheets as curtains and shoe box lids as unique (and weird) artwork. After a long career as an arts educator and Assistant Principal while graduating from a masters program in Business Management, I started Dwell Home Staging in 2014, honing my skills with certifications in home staging and design. What began in my mildewed garage has since grown into a multi-million-dollar company with a large truck fleet, a massive warehouse, and over 100 homes staged at any given time. This growth is thanks to a dedicated team—most importantly our CEO Jeff Kale and the Kale family, who I was honored to partner with in 2017. Together, we expanded Dwell to include a design division in 2017 and launched our retail stores in 2020 and 2022. In my entrepreneurial career I’ve been grateful for opportunities to speak about staging and design on national stages, been featured in numerous publications and, along with our team, been the recipient of over 25 national staging and design awards. But I’m most proud to help our amazing clients find potential in their homes and help our devoted team find potential in themselves. Dwell and Company’s journey is bigger and better than anything I could have dreamt up alone, and that’s due to the remarkable people we serve and those who serve alongside us. When not at Dwell, you’ll find me traveling with my husband and our beautiful young son, who was a welcome surprise and the best gift we’ve ever been given. I’ve also been known to enjoy a brain-cell depleting reality tv show or two… but let’s keep that between us.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance in 2013, my family convinced (tricked?) me into joining the family furniture business. I knew I didn’t want to go work for a bank or in corporate America, so I figured working with family would be a great way to learn about running a business and entrepreneurship. After graduating, I started as a delivery driver at Happy’s Rent to Own and worked my way up in the business, eventually working as the Director of Operations. Through this time my partners and I opened 11 new stores and got a lot of experience in furniture, customer service, and management. I learned many lessons (the hard way) about what it takes to build a business and a successful culture. After partnering with Kristy and Dwell Home Staging in 2017, I was able to move full time into Dwell in January 2020 as we prepared to open our first retail location. We had a vision of creating a unique furniture shopping experience and, thankfully, had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. It has been an enormous amount of work, but the Dwell and Company journey has been immensely fulfilling for me. I enjoy coming into Dwell each day to work with an extraordinary team while taking on the challenge of creating a business that is truly one of a kind. Nothing is more motivating than seeing the growth of each individual team member and knowing that if we keep working hard, the opportunities will only get better for all of us. When not at Dwell you’ll find me adventuring somewhere in the world with my wife, trying to figure out a workable golf swing, or spending time with family and friends.

Operations Director
ABOUT ME: My role at Dwell is the Staging Operations Director. You can catch me heading the sales department, building relationships with our clients, and assisting our hard working stagers and logistics team to execute the timely, flawless stages Dwell is known for. I love growing relationships with our clients and team members, and managing our staging team brings new adventures each day. Prior to Dwell, I worked for our sister company Happy's Home Centers. I ranked #1 in sales for multiple years and managed a busy location. Both experiences built the foundation for leadership, sales, and customer service. FUN FACTS: I have 3 beautiful kiddos, am obsessed with sneakers, and love JCOLE.
Charlie Winston
Sales and Operations Coordinator
ABOUT ME: I am the Sales and Operations Coordinator in our staging department. I build relationships with clients, educate them on our services, and help with scheduling and operations . Past roles in sales, project management, and warehousing have definitely helped me in my current career serving Dwell and Company. Fun Facts: I'm a Tampa native and an ideal day is hanging out with my friends playing sports (preferably golf at the moment). At the end of the day I'm just a big goofball.
Emily White
Design Manager/Home Stager
ABOUT ME: My role as Design Manager and Home Stager allows me to assist in the overall design strategy of our staging and design divisions, as well as bring beautiful stages and installations to our luxury staging and design clients. My fine arts degree in Interior Design, experiences in 3D rendering for national companies, and as a designer for major furniture retailers helped pave the way for my design leadership position at Dwell and Company. Fun Facts: I play the alto saxophone, and especially love playing bossa nova, jazz, and blues.

I’ve been with Dwell for nearly 10 years, beginning as a logistics team member and then growing into roles as a stager and QA Coordinator. My experiences being nationally certified as a home stager and working in nearly all facets of our staging division have helped me in my current position. Kaitlyn Pursifull
Stager and Asst. Design Manager
ABOUT ME: I love my role as a home stager and the Assistant Design Manager, where I do installations for staging and design clients, as well as assist with design direction in our staging division. I started staging in 2015, working for myself and then for another staging company. For years, Dwell was where I wanted to be, and was elated when they hired me in 2020. Absorbing as much as I can from my awesome co-workers and our boss, Kristy, I'm confident in saying that I feel comfortable with mostly any project. I learn something new every day! Fun Facts: I'm a Florida native and enjoy being active & living a healthy lifestyle. I'm engaged to my awesome fiancé and our wedding date is in March 2025. I love design & probably spend 80% of my life thinking about it, which leads to excessive amounts of time on Pinterest and nightmares about stages gone wrong. Also….I have a weird obsession with pillows and feel that they play a huge role in the details of a successful design.
Nicole Miller-Rocque
Stager and Inventory Specialist
ABOUT ME: I am a Stager and our Staging Inventory Coordinator. In these roles I design and install stages and manage our staging inventory needs. We have over 100 homes worth of inventory, so this role keeps me busy! My degree in fashion merchandising and 20+ years in customer service honed my creative eye and prepared me for the excellent customer service Dwell and Company provides. My career at Dwell began as a Stylist in our retail division, where, as a graduate of Dwell's Stylist University, I refreshed my knowledge of design principals and color theory and put them into practice in our wonderful clients' homes. I was later invited to join our award-winning staging team, and have been artfully installing stages big and small ever since. I love how we take collaborative approach to our luxury stages...our team is full of amazing talent. Fun Fact: I created a subscription box that’s curated for the mind, body, and home with tools and inspiration for you to prioritize and practice self-care regularly.
Jen Sicha
Stager and Resident Artist
ABOUT ME: As a stager and Dwell and Company’s Resident Artist, not only do I stage beautiful homes all over Tampa Bay, I create custom fine art for our staging and design clients, as well as murals for some of our model home installations. I’ve had a lifelong love of all things home. I earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Bowling Green University and attended the SACI school of art in Florence, Italy. After college, I moved to San Francisco and worked as an apprentice for an incredible trompe loeil artist, John Pugh, then moved on to a company called RDG (Restaurant Design Group) doing large scale commercial projects for restaurants, casinos and other retail chains. This design experience helped me build my own home staging business serving the San Francisco Bay Area for 7 years. In search of work after moving to Tampa, I was immediately drawn to the heart-filled, unpretentious, boutique atmosphere at Dwell and Company and feel so lucky to be part of this phenomenal team. Here at Dwell we share a lot of laughs, love our customers and are obsessed with design!
