A Dwell Home Stager™ will come to your home and meet with you in person to determine the type of staging service you desire — a full-staging service for either an inhabited or a vacant home, where our home staging team actually does the staging, or a staging consultation service, if you decide to do the staging yourself. An inventory of furniture, linens and home accessories, along with photos and measurements, will be taken at this initial visit.
Dwell Home Staging will set-up a meeting with you to review the findings from the initial consultation, and to discuss an action plan and approach that best meets your needs. Should you decide to have our team do the staging for your home, we will prepare a home staging bid proposal and homeowner agreement. There is no fee for this estimate. Once the bid is accepted, we will then arrange a time to stage your property and prepare it for sale.
If you choose to do the staging yourself, our team will prepare a consultation agreement and present a Dwell Style Guide™outlining the steps that should be taken prior to placing your house on the market and showing it to potential buyers.
